Statement to be made by the sponsor who solemnly declear that he or she knows the said party, and shall state whether the said party has previously contracted a marriage or registered a partnership and whether the parties to the marriage are related as mentioned in the form.
This declaration must be displayed in order to obtain ”Certificate Of No Impediment” (ekteskapsattest). Verification will be carried out by the National Population Registry (Directorate of Taxes) www.skatteetaten.no.
